Our Nurture Mama course is open to pregnant ladies in their third trimester. Our group will support you in preparing mentally and emotionally for the arrival of your baby. It doesn’t matter if this is your first or third pregnancy, each pregnancy, birth and child can be so different, you will always learn something new and it is a great opportunity to share what has worked for you and meet other mums.

Our course runs for two hours every Saturday for 6 weeks.

Location : Barham Village Hall, Canterbury

Group times : 10am - 12pm
